01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "ekplus8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ekplus8 platform and its operating entity, accessible at ekplus8.lat.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ekplus8 or who accesses any part of the ekplus8 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the ekplus8 website, games lobby, sportsbook, account management system, and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Wallet" refers to the MYR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity verification process required by ekplus8 prior to the first withdrawal.
• "Licensing Authority" refers to the international gaming authority under whose licence ekplus8 operates.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ekplus8 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with ekplus8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting ekplus8 support.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the ekplus8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ekplus8 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 in accordance with its Licensing Authority's requirements.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ekplus8 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently experiencing a gambling disorder that would render your participation harmful.
• You are not an employee, director, or affiliate of ekplus8 or any of its game providers, unless explicit written consent has been granted.

ekplus8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension pending verification.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the ekplus8 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ekplus8 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. ekplus8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify ekplus8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised Account access.

05 Deposits & Payments

ekplus8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank Online Banking, CIMB Online Banking, and Public Bank Online Banking. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed on the Deposits page within your Account.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits funded by third parties, anonymous payment sources, or payment methods that cannot be matched to your verified identity are prohibited and may be subject to investigation and reversal.

ekplus8 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its reasonable discretion, including where the deposit is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposits, and only to accounts registered in the verified Player's name. ekplus8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Prior to the first withdrawal, Players are required to complete KYC verification. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and proof of residential address. ekplus8 may request additional documentation where required by its AML obligations or Licensing Authority requirements.

For fully KYC-verified Accounts, ekplus8 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet: Under 5 minutes
• Boost: Under 5 minutes
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank: Under 30 minutes during standard banking hours

Processing times may be extended where additional security review is required or where banking system delays are outside ekplus8's control. ekplus8 will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Accounts with active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may have withdrawal requests pended until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied, or the Player elects to forfeit the Bonus Funds.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available on ekplus8 are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ekplus8 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility conditions are stated on each promotion page.
• No bonus is applied to an Account without the Player's explicit opt-in. ekplus8 does not auto-apply bonuses upon deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games within the stated expiry period before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ekplus8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk or mathematically offset betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

08 Game Rules & Conduct

Each game available on ekplus8 is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ekplus8:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a verifiable software error may be voided at ekplus8's discretion.
• Deliberate chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment activity.
• Any conduct that constitutes cheating, dishonesty, or unfair advantage by any means.

ekplus8 reserves the right to void bets and/or suspend Accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. Decisions made by ekplus8 regarding disputed bets or game outcomes are final after reasonable review and shall not be subject to further challenge.

09 Sportsbook

The ekplus8 sportsbook operates under the same general Terms & Conditions as the casino products, with the following additional provisions applicable to sports betting:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the bet, subject to any obvious error correction.
• ekplus8 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market, event, or Player Account without prior notice.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play bets") are accepted at ekplus8's discretion. ekplus8 is not liable for delays in accepting in-play bets attributable to network latency or the Player's device.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with ekplus8's published void/cancellation rules for each sport category.
• In the event of manifest pricing errors (odds that are clearly erroneous relative to true market odds), ekplus8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

10 Responsible Gaming

ekplus8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount wagered within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ekplus8 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, ekplus8 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

All Players must be aged 21 or above. ekplus8 conducts age verification as part of KYC. If ekplus8 has reason to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended pending verification and any deposits will be returned.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ekplus8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Identified bonus abuse or prohibited betting conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an Account is terminated due to Player breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ekplus8, subject to AML clearance.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ekplus8 live chat support. Voluntary closure will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ekplus8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ekplus8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties solely where required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the ekplus8 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, and written content — is the intellectual property of ekplus8 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any ekplus8 content without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ekplus8's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

ekplus8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

ekplus8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. ekplus8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

15 Amendments to Terms

ekplus8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under ekplus8's Licensing Authority jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ekplus8 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by ekplus8's Licensing Authority, whose determination shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause limits ekplus8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
